Bill Focha,has over 20 years of experience investigating and reconstructing traffic collisions. He works for a Northern California Sheriff's Dept. as a traffic/commercial officer. He is his department's leading commercial vehicle expert. He has been the primary reconstructionist in over 50 fatal traffic collisions.
He has testified as an expert in Traffic Accident Reconstruction and Commercial Vehicles in criminal cases as well as provided testimony in civil depositions. He has extensive training and expertise in commercial vehicle collision reconstruction, mechanical and safety inspections, federal & state regulations and codes, air brake systems, and electronic control module (ECM) downloads and interpretation.
Bill is a member of the California Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists (CAARS) and previously served on the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists (NAPARS).
